Boost Site Traffic With Audio Marketing
The Internet has given us several opportunities to work from home and has also brought us reliable and amazing tools, resources and features we can use to make our online career as productive as possible. To be specific, we have enjoyed free and cost-efficient methods to boost site traffic like article marketing, list building, blogging, forum marketing and video marketing. But there is also another equally effective way to advertise your work from home and gain traffic for your site and that is audio marketing.
This method of advertising involves the creation of a certain audio file or a set of audio files for the sole purpose of using them to market one’s website, product or work from home. The key element here is the bond, that connection that you are trying to make with your followers or customers. By giving them the chance to hear and listen to your voice, you are somehow opening up yourself to them and reminding them that you too are a living persona that they can relate to, not just some another Internet businessman whose only concern is to make money and boost site traffic.

You can create several kinds of audio files you think best suit the needs of your work from home. A simple hello followed by some introduction and overview of your online business or products is good enough. Producing free audio tutorials are way better, especially if you’re aiming to boost site traffic. Some lessons or learning procedures do not necessarily require to be produced in video format except of course for visual learning. However, the whole concept of audio tutorials which are part of this audio marketing process is to teach simply through auditory learning style. For example, if you need to know how to install a certain software into the computer, you’ll need video tutorials for that. On the other hand, if you need to learn some foreign language or simply how to write articles better, you can get away with audio tutorials. That is what’s nice about these audio files. You don’t need to sit down in front of the computer every time you want to listen to these stuff. You can play them on your digital media players while taking a walk in the park or you can burn them to a CD and have it played on your stereo sets and CD players. Just imagine where these audio marketing efforts for your work from home can take you if people can listen to your sales pitches or marketing campaigns via these audio files anytime, anywhere.
As mentioned earlier, audio marketing is just as cost effective as other forms of marketing out there. You don’t have to purchase several bulky and pricey software programs or use up any other computer peripherals. Just a good microphone and a good PC plus a free or cheap but reliable recording software and you’re good to go.
One more important thing to take note is how you record your audio. The output should be clear enough for people to hear and understand. If possible, noise, feedback or any distracting sound should be eliminated. Also, sound sincere and somehow conversational like you’re just talking to your closest friends, like you’re connecting with your listeners on a personal level. These two are crucial elements in audio marketing. Fail at these and you might not be able to boost site traffic or worse, get to work from home again.
